产品工艺说明
本品采用软珐琅（Soft Enamel）经典金属徽章工艺制作，先通过精密 CNC 钢模压铸成型，塑造出轮廓清晰的唐草缠枝花卉凹凸线条。
在金属凹槽内手工填充环保彩色珐琅釉料，低温恒温烘烤固化成型，保留金属轮廓凸起立体感，线条利落分明，花叶层次清晰还原唐代唐草纹样华丽卷曲造型。
成品表层可选择哑光保护封油，加固釉面、减少日常剐蹭掉色，长久保留复古做旧配色，深蓝底色搭配鎏金卷草、牡丹配色，复刻盛唐器物纹样美学。

This badge is crafted with classic Soft Enamel craft. We use precision CNC steel die casting to form raised & recessed lines of Tang Dynasty scroll pattern.
Eco-friendly colored enamel glue is manually filled into metal grooves and cured under low-temperature baking. Raised metal outlines bring three-dimensional texture, perfectly restoring the gorgeous curling shape of Tang grass vines and peony flowers.
Matte protective varnish is optional for surface finishing, which strengthens the enamel layer to prevent scratch and fading, maintaining the vintage color matching of dark blue background, gilded vines and peonies, reproducing the classic aesthetic of Tang Dynasty antique patterns.
