1. 模具压铸成型：高清钢模压铸出凸起纹样金属边框，凹槽结构固定珐琅颜料，图案边缘利落不走形；
2. 手工分色填釉：匠人针管分色灌注环保珐琅胶，多色纹样分区上色，杜绝混色溢色；
3. 恒温烘烤固化：80-120℃恒温烘烤锁色，颜料牢固附着不易脱落；
4. 基础电镀防护：整体镍底电镀防锈，可选表层哑光 / 亮光保护油，进一步提升耐晒、防刮性能；
5. 背面标配蝴蝶扣胸针，佩戴稳固，拆装便捷。

1. Die Casting Molding: Precision steel mold die-casting forms raised metal borders for patterns, the grooved structure fixes enamel paint to keep sharp & clean pattern edges.
2. Hand Separate Coloring: Artisans inject eco-friendly enamel glue by syringe for separate color filling to avoid color bleeding and mixing on multi-color designs.
3. Constant Temperature Curing: Baked at 80-120℃ to solidify enamel firmly for strong color adhesion.
4. Electroplating Anti-rust Treatment: Nickel base electroplating prevents metal oxidation. Optional matte/gloss top clear coat to boost UV resistance and scratch resistance.
5. Standard butterfly clutch pin on the back for stable wearing and easy attachment.
