软珐琅（Soft Enamel）徽章工艺说明
- 成型结构
通过精密钢模压铸，在金属表面压出凸起金属轮廓线条、凹陷填色凹槽，轮廓线条立体分明，触摸可以明显摸到金属边框凸起、彩色漆面微微下凹，是软珐琅标志性手感。
- 上色工艺
采用液态环保环氧树脂珐琅色膏，人工分色填入凹槽，色彩色系丰富齐全，可实现复杂撞色、卡通图案、渐变分隔配色，色彩还原度高。
- 固化处理
填入色膏后放入恒温烤箱 80–120℃低温烘烤固化成型，区别于硬珐琅上千度高温烧制，生产周期短，打样速度快。
- 可选表层防护升级
可选择整体喷涂透明 PU 保护光油，形成保护膜，有效防刮擦、抗紫外线日晒褪色、防水防潮，大幅延长徽章使用寿命。
- 电镀效果选择
徽章金属边缘可做亮金、亮镍（银色）、仿古青铜、复古黑镍等电镀效果，适配美式复古、潮酷、商务、国风等全部风格。

- Structure Forming
We use precision steel mold die-casting to form raised metal border lines and recessed color filling grooves on the metal base. You can clearly feel the raised metal edge and sunken colorful enamel when touching, which is the classic feature of soft enamel pins.
- Coloring Process
We fill eco-friendly liquid epoxy enamel paint into grooves by hand for color separation. It supports hundreds of color options, complex color matching, cartoon graphics and logo patterns with high color restoration.
- Curing Method
The colored pins are cured in a constant-temperature oven at 80–120°C. Compared with high-temperature fired hard enamel, soft enamel has a shorter production cycle and faster sample lead time.
- Optional Protective Upgrade
A transparent PU clear coat can be added on the whole surface to achieve scratch resistance, UV fading resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof performance, greatly extending the service life of pins.
- Plating Options
Metal edges can be electroplated with shiny gold, shiny nickel (silver), antique bronze, matte black nickel, matching vintage American style, streetwear, business, Chinese traditional style and more design styles.
