1. 模具压铸成型 Mold Die Casting

   冲压金属基底轮廓凹槽

   Stamp metal base with pattern grooves

2. 基础电镀 Base Plating

   镀镍做防锈基底

   Nickel electroplating for anti-rust base

3. 喷漆 / 丝印上色 Spray Paint / Silk Screen Printing

   凹槽内喷涂油漆上色

   Spray paint color into recessed grooves

4. 低温烘干 Low-Temp Drying

   烤箱低温烘干油漆固化

   Dry paint in low-temperature oven for curing

5. 表面清漆封层（可选）Clear Top Coat (Optional)

   薄喷清漆轻微提升防护

   Thin clear coat for slight surface protection

6. 背针组装、外观检验 Pin Back Assembly & Visual Inspection
