- Hand Wire Filigree Forming
Artisans bend pure brass wire manually to outline delicate patterns including peony, lotus, auspicious cloud and traditional cloud shoulder ornament. Slim and smooth wire outlines restore the exquisite texture of ancient Chinese patterns.
- High-temperature Mineral Enamel Firing
Natural mineral enamel glaze is filled into wire frames by hand, then fired repeatedly in kiln under 780°C. The enamel surface is glossy, saturated and vivid with stable color rendering.
- Polishing & Gold Plating Finish
After multi-time water polishing, the brass wire edge and enamel surface are perfectly flat. The whole badge is gold-plated to brighten metal lines and prevent oxidation & tarnish.
