1. Core Characteristics 核心特点

1. 压铸金属边框 + 高温玻璃釉料填充，多次烧制打磨后整体平面平整，无凹凸手感；
2. 釉面为玻璃瓷质质感，硬度极高，耐磨、抗刮、日晒永不褪色；
3. 金属边框棱角利落，质感精致高级；
4. 无法做渐变色彩，仅纯色分色，线条精细度中等；
5. 单价高于软珐琅，低于手工掐丝珐琅，是商务纪念徽章主流高端款。

1. Die-cast metal border filled with high-temperature glass glaze. After repeated firing and grinding, the surface is fully flat without concave-convex touch;
2. Porcelain-like glaze surface with ultra-high hardness, scratch-proof, abrasion-resistant and colorfast under long-term sunlight;
3. Sharp metal border edge with premium delicate texture;
4. Only solid color separation available, no gradient color effect, medium fineness for thin lines;
5. Unit price higher than soft enamel, lower than handmade cloisonne, mainstream high-end craft for corporate commemorative badges.

2. Production Process 制作工序

1. 钢模压铸成型 Steel Die Casting

   压铸出带凹槽的金属毛坯

   Stamp metal blank with color grooves

2. 精细打磨 Fine Polishing

   边框修边，保证轮廓规整

   Trim edges to ensure neat outline

3. 高温点蓝填釉 High-temp Glaze Filling

   矿物玻璃釉砂填入凹槽

   Fill mineral glass glaze sand into grooves

4. 第一次窑烧 First Kiln Firing

   750℃~850℃高温熔化釉料

   Melt glaze under 750℃~850℃ high temperature

5. 补釉复烧 Glaze Refill & Secondary Firing

   釉料高温收缩凹陷，2~3 次补釉烧制找平

   Refill glaze and re-fire 2-3 times to compensate glaze shrinkage

6. 整体水磨找平 Water Grinding

   打磨金属边框与釉面齐平，整体平整

   Grind metal border flush with glaze for a seamless flat surface

7. 表层镀金 / 镀银 Gold/Silver Electroplating

   外露金属边框电镀贵金属提亮防锈

   Electroplate precious metal on exposed metal edges for anti-rust & gloss

8. 抛光、装配、出厂质检 Buffing, Assembly & Final QC
